Resource Program

Integral's Dedicated Baan Tools Resource Program provides experienced Baan technicians as supplemental staff resources for fixed periods of time and/or dedicated to a project.  Whether working on site or remote the resource assigned remains active and up to date on all assigned project activities.

Clients using the dedicated resource as a supplemental staff normally utilize the resource for a specified number of days during the week.  With advance notice the resource can be utilized full time when necessary. 

One advantage to having the resource on a fixed weekday schedule is the dedicated resource and the customer's employees the opportunity to interact and build a strong relationship.  This fixed schedule also provides both parties with a foundation for scheduling, planning and team interaction.

HiDOX FormDesigner
Sales & Implementation Services

Integral sells and implements an industry leading forms management solution, HiDOX FormDesigner.  HiDOX FormDesigner is a fully integrated forms (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, etc.) management solution for Baan.  With extensive graphics capabilities FormDesigner can generate documents with logos, bar codes, MICR, vertical text and more, all directly from Baan!  Documents are generated using a Baan device and the user can view, print, fax, or email the output.  FormDesigner documents can be generated in a Baan job and each document can be delivered to the intended recipient (customer, supplier, etc.) by any of the delivery mechanisms. 

For those customers choosing HiDOX FormDesigner as their forms solution Integral will install the product and train your Baan Tools developers on document creation using FormDesigner.  Integral also offers services to convert your forms to FormDesigner.
